Cool Online Creative Outlets

I’m really enjoying the new outlets on the web that empower artists. Last year I’ve enjoyed the Kickstarter web site as it helped fund Natasha’s Fight. I’ve recently discovered another cool site that provides an outlet for some creativity and gives some big, uncommon rewards. It’s called Talenthouse, a place where you build a profile, upload a portfolio of works, be it music, film, design or other arts. The site allows artists to participate in “creative invites,” where a big name, like The Who, Pepsi and many others ask for submissions of a particular thing like a music video, apparel design or a concert poster.

Here is what I submitted for Brandi Carlile's New Year's Eve show

If you like my design “support it” with a click of the button Dec. 9th – 12th! Thanks

I’m looking at designing a book cover and got my finger on the pulse there for other cool projects that I think I can take on. The site does however seem to have its bugs. I’ve uploaded my bio and links and it seems to be deleted after I log off. Also there is some weird thing going on with my facebook link. I plan on contacting their  support to see what they can do about it.
