Ginger Tea for Vocalists
It is real easy to over do it when you are singing. My wife introduced me to a great tea to soothe my worked vocal chords. It only takes a few minutes to make.
You’ll need: Fresh Ginger root, fresh mint, 1/2 fresh lemon and honey.
- Cut a quarter of the ginger root off and chop it up
- boil up 32 ounces of water and add all the ingredients (Squeeze the lemon)
- Let is steep for 15-minutes
- Strain and enjoy
