Ginger Tea for Vocalists

It is real easy to over do it when you are singing.  My wife introduced me to a great tea to soothe  my worked vocal chords. It only takes a few minutes to make.

You’ll need: Fresh Ginger root, fresh mint, 1/2 fresh lemon and honey.

  1. Cut a quarter of the ginger root off and chop it up
  2. boil up 32 ounces of water and add all the ingredients (Squeeze the lemon)
  3. Let is steep for 15-minutes
  4. Strain and enjoy
